Ingredients

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 10.5 oz cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 large cucumber (peeled and cut in half)
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

Directions
