Ingredients

  • 1 cup multi-grain cheerios
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup almonds*
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries*
  • *use any no salt nuts or dried fruit of choice
  • Serving size = 1/3 cup, makes 6 servings
  • CARBOHYDRATE COUNT: 19g

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Portion into 1/3 cup servings.
