Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 Cups Romaine
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- 1-2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1/3 cup Greek or Kalamata Olives
- 2-3 tomatoes, diced
- ¾ cup Feta Cheese
- ½ cup Banana peppers
- ¼ red onion, diced
For the dressing:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Italian dried herbs
- CARBOHYDRATE COUNT: 9.5g
Directions
Prepare ingredients. Whisk dressing together and toss with salad right before serving. Makes 4 servings.
