- 1 cup frozen strawberries and peaches
- ½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Serving size = 1 cup, makes 2 servings
- Carbohydrate Count = 15g
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and thick.
