  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and peaches
  • ½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Serving size = 1 cup, makes 2 servings
  • Carbohydrate Count = 15g

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and thick.
