Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup cooked, diced chicken breast
- 3 tbsp light Caesar salad dressing
- 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 10-inch low carb tortillas
- CARBOHYDRATE COUNT: 21g
- Serving size = 1 wrap, makes 4 servings
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the tortillas. Coat the salad evenly with the dressing.
- Spread 1 heaping cup of the mixture onto each tortilla. Fold the left and right sides of the wrap in until they touch and roll from the bottom to make a wrap. Repeat for the 3 remaining wraps.
